Kindly read the refund policy of Starvirocker very carefully before using its services or purchasing its products. Starvirocker tends to ensure its customers are happy with the item they purchase and that is why Starvirocker always try its best to ensure our customers get the best as they have ordered. When you order our products, we carefully process your order and ensure that you get exactly what you have ordered and paid for at the right time unless there are circumstances beyond the control of Starvirocker and you. However as the case may be, we will ensure you get your ordered products as soon as possible.
Please note that, Starvirocker will give refunds for items that you have purchased, ordered or received but with which you are not totally satisfied. In an effort to provide the best customer service possible, Starvirocker has implemented a hassle-free refund policy as stated below:
1. Item is not as described (wrong item)
If the item you received is absolutely different from the item you ordered (wrong item) or the item is damaged and the fault is arising from Starvirocker, you will be qualified for a refund.
2. Item that has not been received
If you have not received an ordered item within 25 days from the date of purchase, you will be eligible for a refund. You will be required to provide the order code to check your claim that you have not received the item. Despite the fact that we think 25 days is a reasonable period to wait, contingent upon where you are located, you may have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and you have not received the item.
3. Purchase made with your account by mistake or without your consent
It is important that you keep your account information and password private and safe. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not eligible to get a refund.

4. Item must not be damaged (must be returned in its original condition)
We will not give a refund if the item is returned damaged. Item must be returned in its original state when received to qualify for a refund. We will not accept any item that has been damaged in any way. Please, keep in mind that, if the item has been damaged, this voids the refund request and the item will be returned back to the customer and marked as final sale.
How To Request A Refund
In the event that an item is damaged or you receive a wrong item and you will to request a refund, you must inform Starvirocker within 24 hours to be qualified for a refund. Refunds will be given only when we have received the item (Item must be returned new within 30 days from the day of receipt). Contact us directly with your refund request through our Contact Us page. All items must be returned new in their original packages. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help as all refund requests must be approved. We may deny any refund request if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment (etc. PayPal) within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
Late Or Missing Refunds
In an event that, we informed and sent you a receipt that we have processes and sent your refund to the original payment, we expect that you receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days. However, if you have not received your refund within this period, we advise that you check your account first, and then contact your bank or the credit company with which you paid. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all these, but you have not received your refund still, please, contact us through our Contact Us page.
Why We May Deny Your Refund Request
In the event that the item delivered is identical and similar to the depiction as ordered and paid for, there is usually no commitment to give a refund in circumstances like the following:
1. You don’t need the item after you have received, used and damaged it already
2. The item did not meet your desires after you have used it for some time
3. You ordered the item by mistake but you have used and damaged it
4. You knew the item was faulty when you received it but never informed us until usage
In accordance with the law, Starvirocker reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchanges from customers at any time due to the following reasons:
1. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
2. Website malfunctions
3. An irregular or excessive exchange history regarding damage, missing items, etc
Also, we reserve the right to refuse rendering services to any customer be it individual or an entity, in regards to the similar actions noted above.
